25% Tax preparation discount for bookkeeping clients

Save When Bookkeeping and Taxes Work Together

Ongoing bookkeeping clients receive a 25% discount on income tax preparation. When Aware handles both services, your records are already reconciled, organized, and understood before tax season begins. That creates a more efficient filing process and keeps your bookkeeping, tax planning, and financial decisions connected throughout the year.

Connected Financial Support

One Financial Partner for Your Practice

Mental health practice owners often work with one person for bookkeeping and another for income taxes. That can create duplicated work, inconsistent information, and missed opportunities for year-round planning.

Combining bookkeeping and tax preparation gives you one accountant who understands your therapy, counseling, psychology, psychiatry, or behavioral health practice throughout the year—not only when a return is due.

The result is cleaner financial reporting, fewer tax-season surprises, and better information for decisions involving hiring, compensation, estimated taxes, retirement contributions, and practice growth.

01
Cleaner financial reporting Your bookkeeping and tax records stay connected and consistent.
02
Fewer tax-season surprises Questions can be addressed throughout the year instead of only at filing time.
03
Better business decisions Accurate information supports hiring, compensation, cash flow, retirement, and growth decisions.
